How healthy are your books, honestly?
Ten questions. Three minutes. Seven dollars. Answer straight — nobody's watching — and the scorecard adds itself up and tells you exactly what to do this week.

What you get
The same ten questions a bookkeeper asks on a first call — scored, color-coded, and honest.
Auto-scoring workbook
Answer each question with a dropdown — Yes, Sort of, or No. Your score adds itself out of 20, and the verdict box turns green, yellow, or red with plain-English next steps. There's a whole tab on what to do next, per color.

Prefer a pen? The same ten questions on one printable page with checkboxes and the band table. Some people stick it inside a notebook cover — that's the point.
Three of the ten questions
A taste, so you know the tone:
What the score means
Green — healthy. Keep the streak, and put this scorecard on the calendar again next quarter.
Yellow — wobbling. Pick your two lowest questions and fix them this month — or bring them to a free consult.
Red — behind. That's information, not a verdict. This is exactly what a cleanup is built for. Bring the scorecard and we'll map the fix.
Why it's only $7
Because knowing is the cheap part. The expensive part is not knowing — for years. Seven dollars buys the ten-minute version of the conversation most owners avoid for a decade.
And if the score comes back red? Free 30-minute consult, no judgment, no pitch attached:

What do I need to open the files?
The workbook opens in Excel or Google Sheets (the dropdowns and scoring work in both). The PDF prints on one sheet of paper.
Does my financial data get uploaded anywhere?
No. The workbook is a plain Excel file — your numbers stay on your computer. Nothing connects to your bank, and nothing sends us anything.
What if I score red?
Then you're normal, and there's a path: a free 30-minute consult where we map what a cleanup would actually look like. Bring the scorecard — it tells us where to start.
Is this the same as the Starter Kit?
No — this is the diagnosis; the Starter Kit is the treatment. The Health Check tells you where you stand; the $19 Small Biz Books Starter Kit is the monthly system that fixes what the scorecard finds. They pair well.
